Responsible for co-ordinating a  team of 12 Development Advisers working with approximately 100 providers on  Workforce Development, Quality Improvement and Better Teaching, Better Learning projects. Co-ordination of the regional programme of Workforce Development activities delivered by a team of regional trainers as well as consortium partners. Regional reporting and contributions to published materials and resources.
