Who We AreDirector and Lead Consultant Ruth Simons MA, PG Dip, B. Comm, MIfLRuth Simons is a well known and experienced consultant and teacher trainer who has worked extensively on both national and regional projects. After a previous career as a marketing manager in IT manufacturing she became a Skills for Life teacher in 1994 and has worked in the learning and skills sector since then. Ruth became a freelance consultant in 1999 and set up Simons Associates in 2003 to deliver consultancy services aimed at raising quality and learner achievement for a wide range of provider organisations in a variety of sectors.
